Contrary to popular opinion ... I would LOVE to be here ... Skiing my little heart out !!!
I believe that space planning is the most important step in a good design ... followed closely by some creative styling involving beautifully layered textures.
Contrast is the reigning Queen of Color.
I am a former physician who previously worked in primary care. Building strong relationships, partnering to find solutions & promoting overall well-being are my passions & remain the heart & soul of what I do today & how I interact with those around me.
Good design should always tell the story of the people it serves.
My best projects are the ones where clients ultimately trust the process and decide to let loose & have some fun (with an ounce of patience & after a whole lot of planning that is ...)
Every project gets my full attention--- regardless of budget, size or scope. If it's important to you then you bet it's important to me :)
All projects have bumps along the way ... it's how we get through & over them that really matters.
My favorite days of any project are the 1st & last... 1st I'm just honored to connect & hear your story & then lastly I'm fulfilled when I get to present that story back to you through design.
I believe nature & creativity matter to human existence. I will always look to bring them into the home through combinations of colors, shapes, patterns, materials, art & selective product sourcing.
