Blank canvases are the best. Having just moved into this home, this family decided they really could use a space for the kids to play music, pool, do art, watch movies with friends. Mom and dad wanted an area to host friends and relax, watch sports and just relax. Everyone wanted access to a home gym. A new entrance was created directly down to the basement for hosting and a powder room added next to the bar & lounge. This space even sleeps extra guests if needed. With clever use of hidden storage to house all the books and games, we were able to work with existing support beams effortlessly.
